STERILE COMPREX

Dressings

Folded hydrophilic gauze compresses, sterilized with ethylene oxide, available in two versions to meet different clinical needs:

8-ply, made of 10/7 count fabric, lightweight, easy to handle, and suitable for daily dressings requiring good absorbency with minimal bulk;

16-ply, made of 12/8 count fabric, thicker and with high absorbency, ideal for procedures requiring a more substantial pad.

Soft, flexible, and well-tolerated, these compresses are designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and practicality in sterile dressings, making them a reliable aid in nursing and surgical procedures.

Fields of use
Sterile hydrophilic gauze compresses are indicated for sterile dressings, surgical wound management, cleansing, tamponade, and fluid absorption. They are used in hospitals, surgical wards, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and any procedures requiring a sterile environment.
The 8-layer (10/7) version is ideal for light and frequent dressings, while the 16-layer (12/8) version is suitable for deeper wounds, areas with higher exudation, or procedures requiring a more voluminous and absorbent support.
